The road of wine and taste of Ukrainian Bessarabia is a system of organized enogastronomic routes, which provide a single marking and designation of natural, historical and cultural sites and other tourist attractions; combine locations of production of local, traditional food products, including indications of origin of goods (geographical indications) of the region “Ukrainian Bessarabia”, as well as recreation, leisure, catering, hotel and temporary housing and other facilities that provide enogastronomic tourist services; and also represents a system of knowledge concerning logistic and other organizational construction of enogastronomic routes in the specified region.

The project unites producers of local wines and traditional food products that provide enogastronomic tourist services at their own locations and are connected into a single system of enogastronomic tourist and recreational routes passing through the territory of Ukrainian Bessarabia, Odessa region. Created with the support of the EU Project “Support to the Development of Geographical Indications in Ukraine”.
